Connection
How do we build and maintain connections for the future
What is a conversation cafe? It's a rare opportunity to engage, connect and explore important questions about our future. To think about what could be, not what is. To hear stories of where change is happening and build on the enthusiasm, wisdom and actions of others.
This month we are going to be joined by author, activist and farmer. Linda brings a great insight and lived experience about how local connections and reciprocity in community are key pillars for a transition to a better way.
Our next session on the 18th May at 5:00pm (AEST) explores the idea of connection and asks how we can connect as individuals, groups, community members and activists to bring change, even when we might not entirely agree. We think this is super important because in the words of Rob Hopkins:
“If we wait for governments, it will be too late. If we act as individuals it will be too little. But if we act as communities, it might just be enough, and it might just be in time”
So join us to discuss how do we make and maintain powerful connections to make this real?
